The Affiliated Steam Equipment Company was incorporated August, 1958. Our objective was, and is, to provide quality products and outstanding customer service to our valued customers.

Our founder, Richard K. Lee (Dick) formed the solid foundation and reputation that has continued to serve Affiliated Steam well these past four and a half decades. When the leadership reigns were passed to Richard C. Lee (Rick), our current President and owner, Affiliated Steam saw unprecedented growth. Rick expanded Affiliated Steam into new geographical territories and markets, all the while maintaining our core beliefs that quality counts and complete customer satisfaction is our goal.

One thing that sets Affiliated Steam apart is our extensive inventory. We are the largest stocking distributor in the country for many of our represented product lines. While our main distribution center in Alsip, Illinois houses the largest of our inventories, we also keep supplemental stocks at our various branch offices to better serve those areas.

Affiliated Steam's sales coverage encompasses Illinois, Indiana, Iowa and Wisconsin as well as several Kentucky and Michigan counties. Corporate headquarters is located in Alsip, Illinois with local branch offices in Decatur, Illinois; Brownsburg, Kokomo and South Bend, Indiana; Davenport, Iowa; and Menomonee Falls and Little Chute, Wisconsin.

We use our vast product selection, energy conservation surveys, educational seminars as well as the "Hands-On" knowledge of our technical representatives to provide our customers with real solutions to their problems.
