Skidmore Condensate Pump 10MX

Skidmore 10MX Series Condensate Return and Boiler Feed units are designed to provide maximum efficiency, reliability, and easy maintenance in a compact, space-saving configuration. They are packaged units, completely assembled, wired, and factory tested before shipment to ensure the product is ready for service when it is received. 10MX Series Condensate Return units are used in low-pressure heating systems to collect and return condensate to the boiler feed unit. This pump is controlled by the water level in the receiver. When the receiver water level reaches a set point, the high-level float switch starts the return pump(s), pumping the water from the receiver to the boiler feed system. Unlike our 10MX boiler feed units, which are controlled by a boiler-mounted control and equipped with a makeup valve mechanism, 10MX condensate pumps often do not directly supply boiler makeup water.

Armstrong Flo-Rite-Temp Pre-Piped Packages for Digital Control of Hot Water Systems

Flo-Rite-Temp^® Pre-Piped for Digital Control of Recirculating Hot Water Systems is a packaged water heating solution inclusive of a shell and tube heat exchanger fitted with an integral control valve for water heating and system temperature control.

The feed forward design instantly determines downstream hot water demand and directs cold water through the heat exchanger. Water is heated above legionella survival temperatures with constant pressure steam and then blended with a proportional amount of cold water to set point temperature.

Engineered exclusively for continuously recirculated hot water systems, Flo-Rite-Temp^® includes The Brain^® Digital Recirculation Valve to improve system performance and safety by delivering a consistent pre-set temperature to the points of use.

User safety and overall system health is maintained by a series of programmable temperature alerts, onboard operational self-diagnostics, and a thermal disinfection option.

Flo-Rite-Temp^® is available with single wall or double wall heat exchangers in four standard sizes, with parallel and redundant configurations available. Flo-Rite-Temp^® can be customized to suit specific application needs.

SAGE^® performance software monitors, records, and documents data as a critical component of a Water Safety Management Plan. SAGE^® works seamlessly with several building automation system protocols, or users can purchase a subscription to use SAGE^® on a mobile device.
